Fantasy Football is by far the most popular fantasy sport played in the US. Dating back to 1962, the first fantasy football draft is credited to have occurred in 1963. Today, over fifty million people play NFL fantasy football. Scoring methods vary widely but typically fall into two basic types: Standard leagues and PPR (Point per reception) leagues. Drafting a team was traditionally done live with other players but the vast majority of fantasy football is now conducted online. While all major daily fantasy sports sites offer NFL fantasy football, only some offer college NCAA fantasy football. The sites offering college fantasy football are included below.
